IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
By creating an account or otherwise using Wolf’s Tournaments (the “Site”), you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Site.
- ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
- Age & Capacity. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Site.
- Account. To participate in any tournaments, games, or to receive Wolfbucks, you must register for an account, providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity under your account.
- DONATION-BASED VIRTUAL CURRENCY (“WOLFBUCKS”)
- Crypto Donations. The Site accepts voluntary donations of Solana (SOL) to our designated wallet address. No purchase is required to use the Site.
- Issuance of Wolfbucks. Upon receipt of a donation, we will credit your account with a number of virtual credits called “Wolfbucks” (“WB”), at a rate published on the Site. WB have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or fungible tokens except as set forth in Section 2.4.
- No Real-World Risk. When you wager WB in any game or tournament, you risk only WB—no SOL or other real-world funds are at stake.
- Discretionary Thank-You Donations. If you choose to “redeem” WB by donating them back to us, you may request a “thank-you” SOL donation. Any such SOL disbursement:
- Is made at our sole discretion as a gesture of gratitude, not as a “prize.”
- May be adjusted, delayed, or declined if we reasonably suspect fraud, collusion, cheating, or any violation of these Terms.
- Anti-Abuse. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, void WB balances, or refuse any SOL return if we suspect manipulation or improper use.
- ENTERTAINMENT-ONLY WAGERING
- Virtual-Credit Play. All tournaments, matches, and games on the Site involve wagering WB only. There is no mechanism to directly stake or lose real currency.
- No Gambling. You acknowledge and agree that the Site’s model is strictly entertainment-based: you never stake SOL or other real-world currency in gameplay. No “winning” entitles you to any automatic cash prize.
- Responsible Use. You agree not to use automated tools, bots, multiple accounts, or any other method to gain unfair advantage or to manipulate outcomes.
- USER CONDUCT & PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
- Lawful Use. You will comply with all federal, state and local laws in your use of the Site, including those of all 50 U.S. states.
- Prohibited Conduct. You may not:
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Harass, threaten, or defame other users.
- Engage in any activity that violates intellectual property rights.
- Enforcement. We may investigate and take remedial action—including suspending or terminating your account—if you violate these Terms.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, software, and other materials, is our property or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
- TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason or no reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
- DISCLAIMERS
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WOLF’S TOURNAMENTS OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
- INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wolf’s Tournaments and its affiliates from any claim, liability, loss, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Site.
- GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms, and any disputes arising out of them or your use of the Site, shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
- CHANGES TO TERMS
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated versions on the Site. Your continued use after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
- ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Wolf’s Tournaments regarding the Site, superseding any prior agreements.
BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT OR OTHERWISE USING THIS SITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY.
